Referrals must be submitted through the TaxReferralPro website or app. Only referrals resulting in a refund check issued to the referred client are eligible for referral bonuses. Referral Bonuses: For each successful referral, you will receive a referral bonus of $50. After the 5th successful referral, the referral bonus increases to $75 per successful referral. Referral bonuses are paid out once the referred client receives a refund check from TaxReferralPro. Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted accurately and truthfully. You may not refer yourself or create multiple accounts to refer yourself. TaxReferralPro reserves the right to verify the validity of referrals and disqualify any fraudulent or ineligible referrals. Payment: Referral bonuses will be paid out via the payment method specified by the referrer within a reasonable timeframe after the referred client receives their refund check. TaxReferralPro is not responsible for any fees associated with payment processing. Limits and Restrictions: There are no limits to the number of referrals you can submit. Referral bonuses are subject to change or termination at TaxReferralPro's discretion. TaxReferralPro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Privacy: By participating in the Program, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with TaxReferralPro's Privacy Policy. General: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TaxReferralPro regarding the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Texas. By participating in the TaxReferralPro referral program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.
